For in peaceful power Where seascapes live A mesmerizing spirit does give An interactive aura of creation, Mother nature’s finest expression, Magnificent vision of divine Solution... Unfolding in deeply stained forces Imbue... Seascapes, like a seven-course meal Of delights spread before you, Like a diner Digesting a breathtaking view. Every fiber of man Absorbing the passion play Played out every day, Fills the senses, Restores the knowing of what life Is... Bearing witness to the beginning Of the world’s inception, A deeply spiritual perception. The sea creates serene knowledge Providing a bridge... Spanning the physical Through the ethereal To heaven’s essence spiritual... Crisp salt air feeds the soul, Enlightens burdens Plaguing the whole. With fragrance of ocean breeze The cavorting sun, Playing on white-capped seas, Eternally pounding, Relentlessly resounding, In our minds, In our hearts, A daily revelation birthing Utterly astounding... Oh worship the mighty sea With enthralling hearts, With sheer ecstasy. Refresh the inner being With divine intimacy. With salty spray Caressing the face, The mind can again embrace The human race, Strip all care from mankind’s base, Slow the world... Slow, and slower to a gentler pace. The hypnotic sea a soul Nourishes. Within pounding breakers Peace flourishes. For abiding in the restless sea Lies an eternal key, A solemn solemnity, An all powerful simplicity That restores sanity... If but for one shining moment Bestowing a crowning achievement. In salty, ebbing tides Mysterious powers abide, Shutting out a frustrating world, Reducing helter skelter Confusion unfurled. Combined sun, sky and sea rapture, Build a cascading here-ever-after. Nature’s crescendo is astonishing, Mind boggling, A cacophony of sight and sound No longer obscure, In quietude demure... Your soul the sea caresses, Freeing stresses That above mortal man tower, Restoring vision of God-given Power Enfolded in God’s Celestial bower. Worries that in our hearts abide Are cast aside. Like worn out clothes In sweetest repose, Naked of care From all earthly despair. White-caps in tides swelling Come washing, To hearts Brooding, Troubles carrying In mighty tribulations away Out to sea flowing So mortals can again be free, Woesome worries banished by the sea To far horizon, and beyond, Drowned in the silver streaked pond. |
